There's a bit of haze in the amber brew, with plenty of foam in the chalice. Light and spritzy mouthfeel. Surprisingly malty for the lower-alcohol brew. Aroma is bready with something resiny.
This is quite bitter, but it has enough of the odd spicy rye flavor to make it interesting. Mineral and grain aftertaste plus a quinine bitter tang. From the 16 oz crowler can purchased at the brewery bar.
