Clear amber brew with abundant white foam in the Copper Kettle. Aroma of orange. Hops are listed at Columbus, Simcoe, and Citra. It's plenty bitter but also quite citrus flavored and fruity. Pleasant sudsy mouthfeel.
Overall this is quite drinkable but in the bitter "West Coast style." Fairly dry, after a malty start, and a mineral aftertaste. From the 16 oz crowler purchased at the brewery tasting room.
