Amber brew with a modest foam in the New Belgium snifter. Deeply fruity aroma with overripe apricot. Moderately acidic. This doesn't taste all that alcoholic at first, but it does grow somewhat hot. It's a huge blast of hops, orange marmalade and grilled mango.
It's not astoundingly bitter, though the IBUs are rated at 98, but it's massively hopped. It would be the prefect thing to hop up some unsuspecting lager. Malt is robust though no more sweet than a typical DIPA. From the 16 oz crowler can purchased at the brewery on Hwy 20.
