Quite aromatic with citrus. It's startling when you raise the goblet to your mouth. This has the most serious grapefruit taste-- not the pith, but that juicy citrus taste followed by the touch of bitterness. Pleasantly malty with a touch of sweetness.
Amber-colored brew with a spritzy mouthfeel. Rather tangy with an acidic finish. Moderate bitterness grows after some sipping. Overall a really fruity brew with a refreshing light body. This has the advantage of not trying to be an IPA with extra hops, and allows the citrus peel to shine through without being overly bitter. From the 32 oz growler filled at the brewery.
