Dark russet brown with an enthusiastic, long-lasting pile of foam in the fancy IPA glass. Sudsy and lush in the mouth with an abundant carbonation gushing around. Aromas of licorice, ginger, and cinnamon.
Warm and malty with a bitter edge. Spicy and dark with burnt sugar and roasted grain. This tastes like it's been spiced up, though not obnoxiously. From the 16 oz crowler can purchased the brewery tasting room.
