Clear rich amber color with plenty of foam in the Stella Artois goblet. Perfumey aroma of apricot and cedar. Sudsy and lively mouthfeel. Slight malty sweetness plus a lemony tang in the high notes. Peach flavor is nice, with a resiny undertone. Some pencil shavings in the finish, and marred by a rather bitter and woody aftertaste. Quite drinkable, though, with a "take no prisoners" sort of attitude. From the 32 oz jug filled at the brewery tasting room.
