Handsome clear amber brew with plenty of foam in the goblet. Pleasant aroma of cereal and fresh hay with a whiff of pine. Tangy, malty, and spritzy on the tongue. Some darker roasted barley notes, makes me think of Crystal Malt in the homebrewing days. There's a slight bitterness to go with the taste of pear and hints of orange peel. Overall this is a really good brew with plenty of hop aromatics and a moderate alcohol content. From the 32 oz growler jug filled at the tasting room.
