Poured from a 16 oz can into a Dogfish Head tulip. No freshness date.
L: Opaque/hazy golden orange pour with big fluffy white head. Great retention/lacing.
S: Oranges and cream. Just like a creamsicle.
T.F: Sweet-ish up front. Strong orange/citrus... with vanilla and lactose. Tangy... with a bit of rind. Thick and sticky. Medium bodied. More creamsicle at the finish.
O: An excellent take on an orange creamsicle milkshake IPA. A little on the sweet side as expected, but nicely complemented by the tangy orange. Good stuff.

On draught at the brewery. It pours a thick, opaque, pastel yellow-orange with a creamy, milk-white cap and lacing. The fragrant nose features vanilla cream, orange/tangerine, and lite floral hops. It tastes just like a creamsicle. It's quite sweet with lactose/vanilla up front and vibrant orange/tangerine. There is little hop bitterness. The mouth feel is moderately thick and creamy with a pleasant level of carbonation and the 7.4% ABV gives it good substance. Overall, this is a good rendition of the creamsicle IPA with lots of flavor. It's a bit sweet and may not be to everyone's liking but it was fun to drink outdoors on a warm spring ay.
