What took us so long?!?! Enjoy Fish Alley, one of our flagships with double the amount of hops. Heaped with Centennial, Azacca, Summit and CTZ. Enjoy!! Friends say “juicy, for sure!!.”

Pint pour on draught at the brewery the day after release. It pours a muddy, turbid, orange color with a modest, foamy, milk-white head and long-lasting, clinging lacing. The smell includes lemon, lime, melon, and soft floral notes. It's taste opens with tart, somewhat bitter, lemon and grapefruit, along with ripe honeydew, over a strong, crackery malt base. The Summit and CTZ hops provide some earthy, herbal notes while the Centennial and Azacca provide hints of pine and lend a clean, West Coast bitterness. While the ale is categorized as "New England" it's really an effective hybrid of IPA styles. The mouth feel is killer: it's full-bodied, thick, and creamy with pleasant carbonation, and at 7% ABV it's very easy to drink. Overall, I like this version more than the base Fish Alley, although that may not be a fair comparison since it's been awhile since I had the O.G. and Ludlam has really stepped up it's IPA game.
