Cask pour at the brewery. It pours an almost clear amber-copper color with a creamy, bright white head and lacing. It has a great pumpkin flesh aroma but the coconut is barely noticeable. Initially, the taste is all pumpkin - the coconut becomes evident toward the finish. Given the modest 4.3% ABV the mouth feel is nicely creamy and the feel is very pleasant on cask. Overall, this variant of Mashing Pumpkins is a very mellow brew. Don't expect a big coconut presence.
