Pint pour on draught at the brewery. Served in a shaker glass. It is slightly hazy, grassy golden with a modest ecru-colored head and lacing. The smell is toasted bread with whiffs of lemon and herbs. Its taste is outstanding: Dry and crisp with lemon peel, wheat cracker, grassy and herbal with pronounced, clean bitterness. The mouth feel is clean and smooth, well-carbonated, and it drinks easily at 5% ABV. Overall, Salvatore is one of the best Italian Pilsners I've had the pleasure to drink.
