Ten Bends Beer

 

Small brewery, good beer, great host and server, limited selection, good vibe. Mostly IPAs and Pales the day I went. Good stop off on a pub crawl on Vermont’s spectacular beer trail.

 

 

This high quality boutique brewery is about 30 minutes from the Smugglers Notch resort in Northern Vermont.

Small place, encompassing the entire brewery and a smaller tasting/enjoying room, also some outdoor deck area thats quite enjoyable in the warm weather

Expect a friendly staff, a food truck, high quality NEIPA on draft, growlers and cans to go....what else do you need?

Worth the ride

I've been stopping by ever since they opened, & every time they change up a specialty or experimental one, I have been super impressed. Favorites have included the Cream Puff Wars series (lactose, hops, & peach or pineapple), any time they age a dark one in fine whiskey barrels, and the Northern Lights (one of their main IPAs).
The atmosphere is cosy. They have a tasting room with stools sharing space with their barrels + another section with tables & chess & a local artist on display.
Very good service. Awesome place overall

Small operation. Very personal. I nice place in the middle of nowhere.

Stopped in here last Saturday after work as they have expanded their hours to include guys like me who work 'til 6PM on weekends. They had a Jamaican Food Truck, live music from the Eames Brothers Band, and a showing of a local artist's work hanging on the walls. It is kind of a hole-in-the-wall place that showed potential on my first visit last summer and now exhibits that potential coming to fruition.

Small brewery in non-discript wood frame building. Tastingroom has small service bar with the brewhouse behind it, and some counter seating around the perimeter of the room, a few small tables inside, and on the deck. 8 beers on tap, I enjoyed their IPA very much.
