This is a classic Bavarian style cloudy Hefeweizen. Packed with the usual suspect esters: Banana and Clove with some Brioche and a malty sweet backbone. Just be careful when you ask for this beer in Scotland - some may think you are asking for a half pint and a chaser. Good luck!

440 ml can, as Fierce Heffen Heff, Small Batch Edition 25.0, from the brewery webshop. ABV is 5.0%. Hazy orange colour, moderate white head of poor retention. Distinct aroma of over-ripe to decaying bananas, cloves and malts, a hint of solvent. Moderate carbonation. Fairly refreshing wheaty flavour, with some citrus, banana and cloves.

44cl can from brewery website (£2.44):
Golden bodied & slightly cloudy with a foamy white head just over 1cm tall but one that holds great. The nose is sweet & lively with sharp citrus & banana sweetness on top of some wheat & light spices with some herbal notes & subtle bubblegum to finish. The taste is slightly more sweet with some wheat & bubblegum earlier then a banana middle that's backed up by some coriander & spices. The body is medium with strong carbonation & a lively, sharp finish that's well-balanced too.
