Copenhagen 29/9 2020. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. Black can with Fierce's little aggressive Hop flower logo in purple.
Pours opaque dark brown with a small light beige head. Settles as thin patches of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense with a dark, sweet, boozy scent. Brown sugar, vanilla, dark sweet alcohol. Bitter coffee peeking in. Warm, dark and boozy.
Light carbonation. Fairly thick, oily, viscous, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by light bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and boozy. Lingering. Finish has a light alcohol burn.
Nice sweet and potent boozer. And it actually has a fierce burn.

440ml can from Fierce Online Shop (£7.75):
Opaque black & still with a thin, foamy head around the circumference but not much in the middle. Sweet & strong smelling, vanilla, caramel & butterscotch notes with a hint of oak, molasses & chocolate but well-balanced overall. The taste is dominated by chocolate & vanilla flavours alongside a subtle coffee bitterness but it's very sweet & full-bodied with a strong & warming alcohol finish. It's smooth & dark with some of the oak & light bourbon flavours to close.

440 ml can, small batch edition 18.1, from the brewery webshop. ABV is 9%. Pitch black colour, moderate tan head. Aroma of roast malts, bourbon, fusel alcohols, molasses, vanilla, chocolate, oak and coffee. Roasty and medium sweet flavour with the same elements as the aroma, fusel is now less distinct, moderate hops. Very tasty beer.
