Canned in a big old tallboy crafty craft can and purchased from Sainsbury’s in Altrincham town centre where it has been kept in a cold chain
Pours like lemon juice with spotty white
Aroma is white chocolate and chablis
Flavour is white wine spritzer

Schooner on keg from Fierce Bar, Edinburgh (£4.60):
Hazy, light yellow to golden with a thin, half cm head that's creamy & covers the surface well. The nose is lemon, melon & faint orange without being all that pronounced; funky touches appeared towards the end too. The taste has a little funk & citrus to start with some grapefruit, floral hops & a tiny bit of sugary sweetness but it's all a little subdued. The body was crisp, very tangy, sharp & dry too.
