We've packed our vanilla pale ale with Biscuit, Crystal and Caramel malts, along with oats and wheat then topped off with bags of banoffee character.

Solid darker amber color with a thick off-white head with great retention.
Incredible Banoffee pie aroma. Not sure how they do it. I guess to focus on its predominant banana, cinnamon and biscuit notes.
Flavor with notes of banana, cinnamon, biscuit, pine, oranges and caramel. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness.
Congratulations to this brewery. Amazing job to replicate Banoffee pie notes in the nose and flavor. Real notes of banana, cinnamon (or is it vanilla with pine) and biscuit-caramel coming through without being clogging, actually almost refreshing given pine and phenolic notes.
