A lightly hazy body doesn’t need to support any head, though a white razor wire can be detected at the edges if the light is just right.
A tartness with a hint of floral greets my nose, with a bit of wheat in the background. Tartness hits up front is edging towards sour, lightly puckering. Cleans up mid taste with a hint of wheat before that fades and allows the lingering light lime tartness to linger a bit.
Light and a bit too sour to be purely refreshing, but not by a large degree.
