This was a Christmas gift in 2023 that was drunk in March 2024.
L: The beer pours pineapple juice yellow with a sudsy, quickly disappearing head. A few large bubbles rise up the glass.
S: Citrus peel, pineapple, guava and a slight touch of minerality.
T: The taste is mild citrus, with some lemon pith, pineapple, mandarin, and tropical fruit, but overall, it's quite dialled back and easy to drink. Finishes quite quickly, which accentuates the carbonation.
M: Mouth feel is thin to medium. Carbonation and carbonic prickle are high and bite on the swallow and on the way down.
O: This is a nice beer that would do best on a hot day, and if you drink it quite cold. If you're after a flavour bomb or a thick, sessionable ale, you have better options elsewhere.
Cheers!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
