I tried this on tap at the tasting room, enjoyed chilled in a glass.
The color is resplendent golden with good clarity and white head. The smell is mildly herbal and perhaps there is a light hop scent that is fruity. The feel is great dry crisp and mild in bitterness with moderate carbonation and dry finish.
The flavor is very good with noticeable malt with a German pilsner taste however the hops do not overwhelm -they play a backseat support role with a mild fruitiness and herbal element that is complimentary. I would drink this by the glass it is a great summer quencher
