Nice cherry taste, but not sour enough. Needs some more lacto bugs.

I enjoyed a snifter of this on tap after a taste of my brothers sample.
the color is a peachy amber with light haze and no head. the smell is fruity with a sour aroma. the feel is great tart and not very acidic with slight malt texture and hardly any alcohol with a dry finish.
The taste is interesting in that it has some attributes of Berliner yet a little more tart perhaps with some wheat malt flavor in the mid palate with some gentle toasted elements yet the finish is dry and alcohol is not detectable in the flavor or is at least subtle compared to the lactic acid. I really enjoyed this but it is deceptive you can drink it like the standard Berliner but it is 10%!
