I tried this on tap at the tasting room, served chilled in a glass.
the color is very pale golden with small white head and fine bead with carbonation visible in solution. The smell is good with a light apple-like sour aroma. the feel is not bad with moderately sour quality yet there is a mild chalkiness as it finishes very dry.
The taste is good with a light sourness that increases to medium point mid palate with a low malt flavor and slight mineral essence but gentle flavor with only a subtle sour flavor lingering after the swallow. This is a good session strength sour beer that is not intense but is very drinkable.
