Hazed golden-yellow with two fingers of soupy off-white head. Solid retention and thick webbed lacing.

Sweet tea, nondescript fruit (pear?) and very light pine in the nose.

The taste follows fairly closely with more that sweet tea with toasty malt, light pine, very light grapefruit and some sweet apple cider and pear fruit cup. Nice kiss of alcohol and just a hint of piney bitterness.

Medium bodied and oily feeling with moderate carbonation.

Decent beer, but a little too much sweet apple fruit for my taste.

L - 1-finger head recedes rapidly, leaving behind an opaque orange body.

S - herb, grapefruit, floral.

T - sweet orange, honey, a bit floral. Toast, marmalade. Low bitterness. Moderate sweetness. Low booziness.

F - medium body and carb.

O - sweet, but the toasty malt is appealing.

Draft at the brewery. Pours a clear light gold with a modest off-white head. Initial impression is citrus, tropical fruits, spices, pine, and dank earthiness. Mouthfeel is medium, as is carbonation. Finish is dry and somewhat bitter. This is more of a bitter DIPA as opposed to a juicy one. Good but doesn't hit my personal power zone.
