Farmhouse Explorer began as our traditional hefeweizen, Urban Explorer. After primary fermentation, we pitched Prototype's House Mixed Culture and allowed for over a year of maturation. With less hops than La Petite Slice, Farmhouse Explorer was able to develop more acidity over time which we believe could easily pair with any hearty dish or just a hike in a not so urban environment.

Hazy gold, thin white foam, little retention, next to no lacing
Lactic tart aroma, some pineapple fruitiness
Nice level of tartness, a bit of wheaties flavor, some light tropical fruit note
Light bodied, needs way more carbonation
