Beautiful clear copper amber pour with 3+ fingers of puffy khaki head that slowly fades to rocky foam.
Smoked malts on the nose - caramel, grainy, full campfire effect with smoked meats.
Tastes of sweet smoky caramel malt, grainy, smoked meats, ham, campfire smoke on the finish with a bit of earthy hops.
Smooth medium mouthfeel - slightly subdued carbonation which retracts slightly from the full beer experience - lingering smoky caramel sweetness. Really good - a touch more carbonation would add to the mouthfeel and make this great.
