Slightly hazy upon pouring, with a nice color that has just a bit of a peachy tinge to it. Unique overall.
Nice carbonation, smell, and lacing. But after the first sip, my gag reflex almost kicked in. There must be something with the bittering that just doesn’t “agree” with me. That being said, the effect gradually wore off with further sips.
This probably is a well crafted beer, but just not for me and finishing the 6-pack was a chore.

Light amber, semi clear. Minimal white head dissipates immediately.
Smells ok, malt, mineral water, slightly floral.
What a disappointment. They could almost market this as a sour. They’re doing something wrong over there, this shouldn’t be sour, I pretty much suck as a homebrewer but I could make a beer better tasting than this crap. I’ve tried to give these guys a chance over the years but I’m done. I can’t pay premium prices for garbage like this. Do us all a favor and shut it down. You have failed….

22 oz. bomber poured into pilsener
(10/29/16 born-on date)
L: clear gold ... rich color, dead square in gold range with no amber, just dark yellow; hard pour renders about an inch-tall head of white/offwhite foam; no major sticking or lacing; does keep a tight collar of white foam
S: super fruity, peach and apricot, bread dough, slight hint of butter; sour grain, creamed corn ... toasted creamed corn
T: follows the nose nearly one-to-one, loads of sweet light malt flavor, peach, apricot; virtually no hop flavor at all, just a residual buildup of a slightly earthy flavor in the aftertaste
F: ale slick, light carbonation, decent weight ... almost midweight; enough carbonation to prickle the tongue and feel like beer, but it's bordering on a nitro effect because the carbonation is very, very light (you can hear it when you open the bottle; the carbonation level is very low)
O: not bad and definitely full of malt, but the overall construction looks, tastes, feels and even sounds unsturdy; a beer that's likely an A out of the vat but a B once bottled and quickly descending into a C grade range within a month; still, the tasty light malt flavor is intriguing, and if I can find this fresh, I'll buy and drink ASAP ... very reminiscent of a German import that is way more malt than hops, like a Marzen or pils with no hop bite; I rated this as if it were a true German lager -- if this is an "American light lager", it's a 5 across the board ... WAY better than any of our light beers
