L: Black with a thin, fizzing, short-lived, brown cap and no lacing.
S: Rich, smoky, dark fruits.
T: Dark treacle, damsons & blackcurrant, cocoa, a hint of sweetness, alcohol.
F: Mouth-coating, rich & unctuous, a little carbonation plus alcohol burn.
O: Easy-drinking, high alcohol, low carbonation, stout. A very accessible sipper.
