This is an unfiltered pale wheat beer. Refreshing and bubbly, it is a perfect thirst-quencher. It is top fermented and made with plenty of wheat malt, which gives it a fine fruity aroma.

Hazy, dirty gold color. Minimal head that goes away completely and leaves no lacing.
Good wheat aroma with light banana and clove.
Round start with the banana-y wheat flavor directly up front. Fuller body than the average Wit. The carbonation seems a bit subdued. The swallow has the lightest touch of sourness introduced. Otherwise, this is pure wheat (with the expected overtones of banana and clove).
