Clear with straw to gold color. Moderate head which leaves a few wide streaks and a couple of spots.
There’s a light sweetness to the nose that’s similar to dried apricot. Perhaps some dried apple.
Spritzy and thin bodied. Crisp start that isn’t common to the style. The hop is also very strong for the style. It’s closer to a German Pilsner in taste. The hop is a bit earthy but the aftertaste is pretty short considering.
