Platinum with white ring. 3.75
Grain sack with tart tang. 3.75
Sweet dough, some dusty husk, tart centre, maybe some appley esters, and floral hops. 3.75
Crisp, light, clean. 4
Feathery, and a surprising touch of tartness (that vinous Kolsch character, I think) make it super clean. I want a stronger hops presence - it never comes near the declared 42 IBUs. Ultimately too sweet to refresh. 3.75
