Turbid orange with no head. 3.5
Big sourdough rye starter nose. 3.75
Rye dough start, tangy middle, with vague spice end, a touch of lemon and earthy linger. 3.5
Chewy, round, medium. 3.75
OK, it doesn’t say “RyePA” (though it does say “West Coast”) so maybe my expectations are the problem, but at least use *some* hops. As it is, a doughy, gruette-type concoction with a dirty aftertaste. Starting to think Faculty can’t brew… 3.5
