650 ml glass poured into a stemmed pilsener glass. Hazy, pale golden yellow with an energetic froth of white bubbles and spotty lace. Pleasant aroma of bread followed by sweet wafts of brewed mint tea. Taste follows with yeasty, wheat base that’s enlivened by subtle mint notes. Smooth, creamy but light with lively carbonation. A pleasant wheat beer made more interesting with a complimentary addition of mint. Stays nicely in the herb garden rather than wandering down the oral care aisle.
