Nice 500 ml bottle Pink Label semi scientific script with lots of detail:
IBU 24
Bottle conditioned Tripel
Ingredients (10 Gal)
18.5 Lbs Belgian Pilsner
6 Lbs Vienna Malt
3.3 Lbs Pale Wheat Malt
3.3 Lbs Aromatic
1 oz Goldings 60 min boil
1 oz Nugget 60 min Boil
1.5 oz Saaz Whirlpool
I pkg WY Yeast
Then onto the Mash Steps and Fermentation Temperatures.
I Pkg W Yeast
Look : Thinner Dark Brown
Smell: Bright and Complex
Taste: Big carbonation, Sharp ABV, very very fresh beer, Crispy all the way around. Could do with some aging to calm the horses down.
Feel Tight Carbonation, not unpleasant.
Overall: Nice, for my money, I would hope for 20% more of the intangible syrupy swirl in the look and taste. Creeping more towards a quad I suppose. Still will be worth trying again. I think I paid approx 8.00 Canadian at West Coast Liquor Store at Fraser and 39 St in Vancouver who carry a lot of select beer items .

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
