Bottle, served in a balloon glass at Las Buenas Pulgas. Black colour, medium head with short retention. Good lacing. Aroma of lactose, chocolate, coffee, light notes of dried friits and vanilla. Medium to light body, thin texture. Flat carbonation. Cola like finish. Taste of milk chocolate, dried fruits, vanilla. Too thin, nothing special here.

Day 11 of the 2018 advent calendar.
Other than the ABV, this is fairly standard milk stout territory.
Dry, almost sour. Thinner than an oyster stout and not as sweet.
A bit under carbonated, but the chocolate comes through in the flavor.
's OK.

Day 11 of the craft beer advent calendar. Very drinkable milk stout that comes at a proper 4percent abv instead of the over 5 percent versions popping up everywhere. Once it warms up it shows the chocolate notes and the creaminess. Nothing outstanding but enjoyable nevertheless

330ml bottle - day 11 of the 2018 Craft Beer Advent Calendar. Made with lactose and cacao nibs.
This beer pours a pretty solid black, with subtle amber basal highlights, and three fingers of puffy, rocky, and bubbly brown head, which leaves a tiny bit of spotty lace around the glass as it quickly evaporates.
It smells of bready and doughy caramel malt, bittersweet cocoa powder, cafe-au-lait, some earthy nuttiness, and very plain herbal, leafy, and floral noble hops. The taste is gritty and grainy caramel malt, stale chocolate chips, cold cream, pithy bar-top nuts, and more well-understated earthy, musty, and dead floral hoppiness.
The carbonation is quite mild in its boredom-inducing frothiness, the body a so-so medium weight, and generally smooth, with nothing really a cause for concern at this particular juncture. It finishes off-dry, the thin malt and fading cocoa notes in a wan lingering two-step.
Overall - yeah, this comes across as a rather simple version of the style, with not enough weight (y'all know what I mean) to keep my attention. Wait, what was I talking about again? See, I can't even focus on why I don't give a shit anymore, and that says everything about this offering.
