Light orange in colour, iridescent, with a classic ‘hazy’ appearance. The head is white, tall, and has a medium-long retention. It melts away to form a thin film.
The aroma is juicy and fruity, with citrus notes and, over time, sweet tropical fruit. There is a light, grassy hop note in the background.
The flavour is dry with a distinct grapefruit bitterness and a very delicate fruity sweetness.
Carbonation is medium to high. The texture is slightly rough. The body is medium. The aftertaste is long, dry and grapefruit-like.

Eindhoven 1/10 2023. 33 cl can from AH Supermarket, Septemberplein, Eindhoven city center. Colorful can with a pattern of flowers and intricate details.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a big white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as uneven, lumpy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer.
Aroma is medium intense with a prominent odor of sweet fermented tropical fruits mingling with a more subdued citric scent. Mango and multi-fruit juice. Alcohol and sugar. Lemon and lime.
Low carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sweetness followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a touch of alcohol. Lingers for a while. Finish is sweet and a bit fermented.
A quite sweet fruit juice.

I grabbed this at First Choice Liquor in Waurn Ponds in December 2023 and drank it a few days later.
L: Hazy, deep fruit juice yellow, with a big, fluffy head. Huge amounts of carbonation can be seen in the glass.
S: The can is old, and the aroma is dominated by old hops that give a fruity but dank note to the aroma.
T: Most of the juice has long since died down on this one, but I can detect what I think would have been a pineapple-led, tropical fruit basket. Bitterness overrides all at this point of the can's life, so I'm rating on what it likely was rather than what I have.
M: Mouthfeel is smooth, and carbonation is low to medium.
O: This one is right near its best-by date, and so I suspect I'm not drinking what I would have had I come across this can nine months earlier. Still enjoyable, as I like a bitter IPA, so my marks aren't affected too much by the age of the beer.
Cheers!
