Dark brown colour, slightly hazy. Light brown foam, persistent. Small bubbles melt to a layer of about a centimetre and remain so almost to the end of the tasting.Aroma: lactose in the foreground with a hint of cocoa, perhaps associated with chocolate ice cream or even more chocolate yoghurt. Then a little malty, bread-like, notes of dark fruits (plum, cherry) present in the background.Dry taste, characteristic of cocoa. The bitterness may not be impressively high but it is pronounced and long.Medium saturation upwards. Texture slightly rough. Body, medium at best. Aftertaste long, dry.
