Maybe the first hungarian gose that I had. Quite typically gose-like, sour but not like a Sour and the dominant hidden taste is soap. Not as interesting or complex like the classic goses that I had before, though enjoyable but slightly boring. Way to go Hungary, gose and sour is the next IPA!
