Woo-hoo! What on Earth is this? A sour New England IPA? An American Wild Ale?
Well, it was soured using Greek Yoghurt and the thing looks like a 100% pure fruit juice. Although it smells like an old house cloth (with loads of hops in there of course), it bursts into something really fresh, sour and punchingly (hop)bitter. This is the wrath of the Tyrannosaurus, I mean the KettleSOURus! It is actually so bitter with fresh hops that the bitterness remains on your tongue and makes you want to take a sip to water it down - just to get another punch of bitterness! But don't get me wrong, it is terribly well balanced with the sour part, as it adds enough juicy zest to the beer and in the end you feel like biting into a white grapefruit - with the peel on. Ouch! So that's how it feels! Overall I think this is a quite unique and surprising beer, I was glad to have had this one!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
