A light, 3.7% Berliner Weisse that takes the usual sour base in a very exciting direction with the addition of mint and tarragon. The fresh, spicy flavor combination awakens the senses. A great choice if you are looking for something truly invigorating and disruptive.

I had this beer on-tap in a wide pint glass at Jónás in Budapest.
Appearance: pale golden hue with a light haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam atop.
Smell: lightly sweet with a light hint of mint and just a dash of tartness. It's quite nice.
Taste: super well balanced between sweet and tart, and malt and herbs. The mint and tarragon work incredibly well together. I dig it.
Mouthfeel: light body with a moderate carbonation and okay creaminess. Not surprising in a beer of this overall lightness!
Overall: the context in which I'm drinking this is a sunny day at the park, but let me tell you, it is just the perfect context for this beer.
