I had this beer on-tap in a tumbler at Jónás in Budapest.
Appearance: medium golden bud with a clear body and a thick finger of frothy ivory foam atop.
Smell: sweet malt with a rather citrusy hop aroma; kind of lemony, almost, with some grapefruit peel.
Taste: plenty of sweetness for sure, but it's not cloying. Hops have an earthiness and a bit of a dankish grapefruit peel character. Not bad!
Mouthfeel: medium rich body with a good level of carbonation and a smooth creaminess.
Overall: a really classic WCIPA on the low end of ABV for a DIPA. It's a well put together beer.
