-deep amber tap pour to a large tulip produced no visible carbonation. The aroma is light with lemon. The flavor is citrus and a bit of raisin. The astringincy is only moderate. There is a slightly salty note. This is a refreshing a well-flavored goose with a thinner finish.

From the brewery:
We teamed up with our good friends at 167 Raw - Charleston to design a gose brewed with whole oysters! The minerality and brininess of these oysters work perfectly into the tart, salty traditional character of this classic German style.
Brewed with whole oysters from 167 Raw. Earthy lemon aroma with a hint of ocean air. Light acidity and brininess. Bright lemon, dry, crisp finish.
Just got home with growler, poured 15 minutes later into pint glass.
A: pours a crystal clear golden body with some fine bubble carbonation, one finger white foam head that quickly fades
S: soft salty air, hints of salty briney oysters, light mineral aroma, hints of lemon
M: light body with semi dry finish on the tongue
T: tart up front, light fruity citrus, light mineral kind of mellows on the tongue, briney is just a touch and I've had heavier, the carbonation tingles on the tongue, I also feel like I get just a tad sweet tartness in the middle
O: great solid gose, worth having more
