Appearance - Pours jet black with thick mocha colored head that quickly dissipates.
Aroma - Big hit of sweet maple syrup up front followed by roasted malts, milk chocolate and vanilla.
Taste - Just tons of sweet maple syrup possible a little too sweet, milk chocolate and vanilla. Strikes me as a chocolate milkshake.
Feel - Full bodied rich thick creamy pretty dry finish.
Overall- Strikes me as a dessert beer, reminds me alot of the Southern Tier dessert beers. Really good flavors but pretty sweet.
