Appearance: Arrives a rather opaque goldenstraw with a two finger head; decent retention and patchy lacing
Smell: Pineapple, melon and kiwi tones
Taste: Pineapple forward with the melon and kiwi tones rounding out the front end; a modest amount of pithy bitterness arrives, mid-palate, but the finish is largely the tropical fruits encountered at the outset
Mouthfeel: Light body with moderate to high carbonation
Overall: For a session NE IPA, this packs a lot of flavor, has a lively mouthfeel and is not at all watery

Poured from a 16 ounce can purchased at the tap room.
Pours a hazy dark tangerine color with a bit of white foamy head. Smell is light with just a bit of floral on the nose. Taste is not as fruity as I was expecting, but the light bitterness makes it work. It's smooth, with a medium mouthfeel. Overall a nice, drinkable session.

an impossibly light and infinitely drinkable session ipa, akin to a lot of the other hazy dry hoppy types that they do in here, but with a lot less of the starchy non barley body, and such a soft citrus hop complex, perfect to cut the late spring humidity and a beer that is about as well refined as you can get in these styles. its pale pale washed out matte yellow, carbonated like a soda pop, and with a delicate fog but not a cloudy density at all, especially next to some of the others these guys are making. i would think its citra here leading the charge, but there is also a more tropical element here, faint pineapple and white wine spritzer and even mango or something, still really dry. i get an almost sake floral herbaceousness too, insanely fresh, maybe a little something from the yeast there, makes this feel even more springy and natural. carbonation is really high adding to the refreshment value, and it finishes with a quick citrus fruit flash and a light mineral trace. awesome beer overall, not quite as deep and unique as some of their others, but its hard to critique this, it absolutely hits the spot. i could drink this indefinitely!
