across the board these guys are making the best hoppy beer in town and its not even close. these are as professional and awesome as this type of east coast hazy thing gets, i forget where i heard the dude came from, but someplace notable, and the beer is hype worthy here for sure. this one is brewed with spelt and lactose and wai-iti hops, which are among my new favorites! the beer is softly yellow in color, delicate looking for how strong it is, and holding up a ver airy wispy white head, dead sexy from the tap at the brewery. the hops are incredible in this, tangerine and lemon and zesty and even a little tart, mouthwatering without being sour from a yeast sense, so juicy, this is all dry hops and totally brimming with freshness. i get a light grassiness like a saaz or something, low alpha for sure, fresh key limes, and a bit of that galaxy hop fruitiness, white grape, just incredible. the spelt gives it a rye sort of character to the grain, but startchy and with some good body, made almost creamy by the lactose but never even a little bit sweet. so juicy with these hops, well supported by the malt, and smooth and soft and gentle to drink on, its strength seems almost impossible. i thought this was incredible, all of the beers we had in here were, but this i think was my favorite. as good as the style gets, posers take note, this is what its supposed to taste like!

Orangey golden translucence; abundant pure white head, two fingers; subsiding to a long lived half inch; full curtains of lacing on all sides, no particulates.
Pleasant citrus aroma.
Taste also is citrus, along with pear, sour apple, mango.
Rich, full mouthfeel, low bitterness, no alcohol burn.
Accurately follows the sheet music for a hazy, low bitterness, full flavored IPA.
