this beer is so good! i usually dislike fruit in my cloudy ipa, but this fresh pineapple complexion really takes it to the next level. the beer is yellow and pale, milky looking but not super thick, and uniform from the tap with no visible particulate and a tall white head. it smells like crushed pineapple from the can and fresh pineapple juice, the hops and pineapple seemingly exacerbating each other, as there are is some obvious pineapple character in this hop profile too, such a cool back and forth in aroma and flavor. i get a little sweetness here, faint lactose or even vanilla possible, but there is some hop bitterness here too, sort of a hop burn, but a distinctive grip about it that is needed for balance. the fruit is so natural and really forward with the hops too, mouthwateringly delicious. frothy fuller feel to this, some oats and raw wheat likely in the grain base, and some vegetal leafy green freshness at the end from all the hops too. it tastes like summer, drinks way too easy for its listed abv, and is incredibly unique and amazing. up there with bessie as my favorite beer i had while we were in here. cant wait to come back here! this is truly next level.

Brewery only 16 oz. Can release.
Opaque orange copper hue. A normal pour yields two fingers' head which quickly dissapates. Spotty lacing, leaving a partial ring and light surface bubbles.
Prominent pineapple aroma, tropical fruits, tangelo, light yeast.
Tons of hop flavors, sour pineapple, grapefruit pith, a little pine, tropical notes.
Dry finish, refreshingly bitter but not astringent, no alcohol burn, medium mouthfeel.
Tasty and well suited to the return of hot weather in South Carolina.
