Received as an extra in a trade and shared with JLindros.

A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice hazy dark straw with a thin white head that fades to leave light wisps and a thin blanket.

S - Aromas of nice citrus peel and zest, little bit of grassy hops. Flashes of mango and peach.

T - Taste is similar to the nose with nice citrus peel and zest, good oranges. The lingering fruit notes are pleasant and a little tropical as well.

M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, body is a little thin but the alcohol is hidden nicely.

O - Overall this was a very solid double ipa. Very nice hops.

Thanks to rudzud
Light fizzy head fades at a med pace, very little lacing, murky hazy pale orange color

Nose is typical NEIPA, creamy fluffy flaked malt with doughy floury note, loads of citrus, orange juice, tangerine, little mango skin, pith notes, faint grassy as well

Taste is all over, citrus tangerine orange cream to start, then a stone fruit, peach juice, big bitter papery pith rind and bitter rind, a little spicy late as well, some bitterness really ramping, lots of juicy fruit, little lingering pithy rind spice hops

Mouth is med bod, but a touch light, a touch creamy, decent carb, no alcohol

Overall very nice actually

Appearance - Pours murky grapefruit juice color with thick white head that settles to a 1/8" dense head. lots of sticky lacing.

Aroma - It has a rotted cantaloupe aroma that is pretty strong initially that seems to go away. Still there is just not coming out other than some very light fruit. As it warms there is a much stronger hope aroma.

Taste - Mostly orange and mango no off flavors. big oat/wheat presence bitter citrus rind. Really nice hop finish pretty strong.

Feel - Full creamy mouthfeel, really dry finish.

Overall - Was initially worried when I too the first whiff but this beer settled in and has some great strong hops flavors accompanied by some light tropical fruit.
