Received as an extra in a trade and shared with JLindros.
A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice dark black with a thin mocha head that fades to leave light wisps.
S - Aromas of chocolate syrup, light maple sugars and syrup, good roast and fudge, cookie batter. Nice roast and malts, not much hazelnuts though.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with nice roasted malts, good malt, big chocolate syrup, nice really faint chocolate chip cookies. There are nice light nuttiness. Alcohol hidden okay, however, the acrid hops and roast is rather off putting.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, creamy, alcohol hidden nicely.
O - Overall this was a solid enough stout, nice maple and chocolate notes but I wish there was more hazelnut.

THanks to rudzud
NO head, inky long legs, pitch black thick beer
Nose big maple candy, a little molasses, coffee, a touch of dark chocolate cocoa, caramel and little candy syrupy like, some brown sugar notes, a little fruity appley note
Taste cocoa and dark chocolate out front, cocoa nibs, then maple syrup and maple candy, a little nutty and light hazelnuts in the background, little bitterness into mild spicy hops, finishes dry with a touch of alcohol heat flavor on the finish and mild astringent bitter roast and spicy hops
Mouth is med to fuller bod, med carb, light alcohol, a touch astringent, little sticky and touch astringent
Overall not bad, decent maple and cocoa, hazelnuts are OK but not great
