Pours a reddish purple color with thin white head. The smell is fruit, dough/pie crust and vanilla. The taste is tart fruit up front then blends flavors of blueberries and vanilla. The cinnamon is there but a secondary player in the profile. It’s carbonated well, effervescent almost, but the lactose cuts through it. Overall, this is an excellent sour and great play on blueberry pie. It’s actually a refreshing brew and not a sugar bomb dessert sour. A+ Adam and Justin!
