Brewed with 100% Weyermann Specialty Malts Eraclea Pilsner Malt grown by the Adriatic Sea north of Venice. Dry hopped with Czech Saaz and Hallertau Blanc for a floral, lightly citrusy noble hop aroma. Clean, crisp, refreshing!

Pours pale gold with excellent clarity; two fingers of white foam; OK cap Retention; some soapy lace, solid ring. Spicy hops nose. Bready malt; spicy hops flavor; mild DMS in the finish. Dry mouth feel; clean, crisp body; moderate carbonation. Overall, I really like the spiciness; an easy drinking Sunday afternoon beer, especially in the heat.

Golden body, white head, good standard stuff. Weird smell and taste though with fruity weedy hops leading, the lemon, grapefruit and papaya in particular stand out. Not standard. In fact with the feel it is more resinous than crisp, yet thin and has high carbonation. This was a weird one

16oz can from Tavour. Clear golden pour with a fizzy, foamy head. Light grainy aroma, biscuits. Taste is crisp, hint of lemon, bready. The most accurate part is the feel, as it comes across dry, just like Italian pilsners I had in Italy. I think the hard water in Italy causes a unique chalky character which is present in this beer. Well done!

Straw color with the slightest amount of haze. Appears to have plenty of carbonation. Very vinous aroma with a bit of pilsner malt and sulfur. The problem I have with the flavor is that it is too sweet. The hops chosen don't work for me either. A spicy, peppery hop would of been a better choice to win me over. I pick up flavors of grapes, citrus, and some herbal qualities. This is a sweet pilsner malt used or fermentation was not complete. No off fermentation flavors. Feels slick and oily but has nice carbonation. Confusing beer that definitely does not fit into my ideal pilsner category.

A: The beer is relatively clear yellow in color and has a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that left a small patch of bubbles on the surface, a narrow collar around the edge, and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of floral, grassy, and spicy hops are present in the nose.
T: The follows the smell and has flavors of noble hops along with underlying notes of biscuit-like malts.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a bit clean on the palate with a moderate amount of dryness in the finish.
O: This lager is nice and hoppy, similar to other beers in the Italian pilsner style.
