Pale yellow body with a slight cloudiness; average density and slow-rising carbonation; thick, fluffy, white head, long-lasting and rocky in appearance. Fantastic nose of sweet, floral-like scents and light, doughy malts; light herbal and ester notes. Subtle malt flavor; light bread crust; very mild bitterness; a bit of mineral note. Generally light mouthfeel; clean with a soft dryness.
A decent kölsch although with a solid flavor for the style yet a little weak in the body.
Pouring temperature: 42.3 ℉; canning info: 08/18/2022
