5 oz taster in a shot glass type thing at the brewery.
Appearance: Super hazy yellow with a frothy, soapy white head. Nice look.
Aroma: Fruity, piney. Hops. Thistle.
Taste: Very hoppy and fruit forward. Mango, grapefruit, kiwi. Pineapple. Hops. Maybe sap. Resin. Some malt sweetness backing.
Mouthfeel: Prickly and hoppy but drinkable. Doesn’t slay the palate but leaves its mark.
Overall: Really good IPA. I don’t know this brewery well but this effort leaves me with the impression they know what they’re doing.
